So Falkor is in breeding season. I posted yesterday about him leaving semen on his blanket on the way to his food. Well, I normally feed him in the afternoon due to conflicting schedules but I can feed him around 7:00am, which is good, because breeding season came with one heck of an appetite.
Now, part of our "breakfast routine," is him ejaculating (best term I can think of) as soon as he smells his food. It's striking me as odd because it always happens simultaneously, tongue flick twice when the food comes out, twitch a little, then blammo. He has however, fell in love with his greens again (yay!)
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I do love bonding with my Falkor, but I will admit that I can't look him in the eye while cleaning up this particualr mess, LOL. Second, I keep finding crusty white stuff in his enclosure, could that be more? Third, I'm also asking because I'm not sure (actually clueless) about what vitamins and/or nutrients are lost on this process because apparently he's doing it a lot.
I know this is an odd post, but I need some answers please. Any input is appreciated, thanks!!!
