That makes me feel better.
He apparently loves contradicting all of the normal behaviors. He loves having a TV on, the louder the better, he likes car rides, ignores birds but is terrified of squirrels, etc, etc. He is an odd ball to say the least, but we do share a common dislike for a lot of the same people, lol. His biggest pet peeve(the sound of change jingling) isn't even bothering him now. He has been a blessing in many ways.
I've often wondered if some ig's may adapt their natural instincts from the wild to domesticated life. Like instead of changing their patterns from the wild, just adapting them to domesticated life.
