My guess is that your iguana is going to be just fine - as long as your sure the paper was all peeled away. You just dont want to make this a habbit those sugars and animal proteins are definitely not good.
And as for liking it - believe me iguanas have a huge sweet tooth... Trust me he loved it. I think my igs love pizza as much as I do I have to fend one away from me every time he smells it.
