we have a power strip that we have attached to a timer so everything goes off--except the heater device.
This is on a separate plug. the power strip handles the uvb/uva lamps both top and middle section. that's it.
I'd like to get him a humidifier for Christmas this year so that will be on the power strip too.
I have never had any problems with the setup as we have it and am pleased.
We have a cllip on thermometer attached to the top and middle sections of his cage so we can read temps whenever.
