Can you post a pic? Is he in breeding season? Could be his hemipenes. I think someone said they could expose certain organs that way as well? But a pic would help greatly, if not a little more detail as in size, shape, color, texture, etc. Could also be the remains of something he ate; what does his diet consist of?
