There always seems to be an iguana enclosure in one of the local papers around here (GA/SC) fairly cheap, and usually very well built.
Secondly, as CaptBob said, PVC cages are not great for indoor use. That's what my ig is currently in until the new enclosure is finished, and as a result I have to dedicate one whole room in my house to staying anywhere from 80-90 degrees. Not to mention the extra power consumption, or the major problem with humidity.
