I'm so sorry for the loss of Ella. Since everyone mentioned me, I'll throw in my 2 cents, but they've pretty much covered it. As long as you had the dogs wounds flushed out well, and they are on antibiotics I would expect them to be OK. But iguana bites are known to get infected so they definitely should be on oral antibiotics after something like this.
