Jester,

Sorry for late reply to your post on Oct 4. I have not been checking the forum. Our cousins live near just past the Santa Lucia Mall on the Marcos Hwy (Towne and Country Subdivision). We thought they would be okay there but they got flooded out. The water reached almost 9 feet. Everyone got to safety but they lost just about everything. They are now fighting with their insurance company to cover the costs.
