My ig LOVES bread above anything else, there is no fruit or veggie he'll scramble down off my curtins for as fast as he'll run for white/whole wheat/pizza crust .. but it really is a rare, rare treat. IMO I'd recommend whole wheat for the little added protein but if you are just feeding it as a special bite here or there I don't think it overly matters what kind it is, sadly none of it is very good for them so far as I know.
