My first thought to ask is- has anything changed recently? (new, louder TV, new coat of wall paint, pets, deodorant or perfume?)
Some things we think of as inconsequential will completely freak an ig out. The is someone on here who can't wear red around her ig because it triggers aggressiveness (if I remember right).
All igs are different, so your mileage will vary.
