you have to open account somewhere like photobucket.com and uplaod your pics there-its free.
Once loaded, copy the "direct" link into the little image (left click on the option) window underneath the message your writitng on here- you have to delete the http thats automatically provided here before you paste the image link. The hit ad. Preview it before hitting the post button to be sure its added. Someone made a video to show it, Ill have a look for it and send it to you here.
