The food you are feeding her doesn't look right to me, I could be wrong but check out the food chart here:

Start with trying to feed staple greens instead of chard it lists it as occasional. I don't have any experience with older igs but get a desk humidifer to use in the cage, when I got one for my <1 yr old ig he/she started eating a lot more once the humidity rose.
Also, she is probably stressing out pretty hard so I wouldn't start to worry until after you feed some suggested greens and about a couple weeks of getting used to her surroundings.
