So this weekend my boyfriend and I went to the Myrtle Beach Reptile Expo. He sells alternative feeder insects like Dubia roaches, so we had a table, but also went looking for some new animals for ourselves =) Anyway, Tom Crutchfield was there with lots of animals but he had some of his albino iggys. They were absolutely beautiful, fascinating creatures. I stood and stared at them for a while, and I got to talk to him for a little bit about them. He's been breeding/keeping them for 6 years, and there was a 3 year old that sat on the table all weekend! He told me they are all like that, he can put them somewhere, go back to get the camera, and come back and they'll be in the same spot an hour later. All of them are easy to handle, even the large adult males. The babies are translucent, you can see the food in their stomachs. And you can have one for the low low price of $2500 a hatchling! Sorry some of the pics are blurry.
