That would have been me talking about it and was whether not they are good or not. This being the case I am trying one my myself soon and getting both the 125w and the 160. one for winter one for now. I think they are comparable to powersun which is good. I personally have no idea about fulnkers so I can't tell you ita the same. Try bigappleherp.com they have videos of all the major bulbs and from there you can compare how much uvb each puts out.
