Greens should be 75% or more of the diet.
Collards, mustard and turnip greens are good.
Escarole and endive are good staple greens as well. NO lettuce as it contains very little nutritional value.
Fruits and veggies should make up the remaining portion of the diet. Things like melons and squashes are a great source of water for hydration.
NO proteins (mealworms)! They can't handle that and they can cause serious long term consequences.
