I was wondering if anyone with a "ground" iguana has ever used or considered claw caps. The main reason I'm asking is not because of the scars (I really don't mind), it's because of my new job. It involves doing setup and stuff for the Apple Watch, so customers are able to see our hands and fingers during the sessions because we do live feeds, and we're supposed to keep our hands, fingers, and nails all nice and neat. Which include no band-aids if we can help it...
...Which is a little hard to do with an ig of any kind. Hahaha.
He's still a baby (two years in December), so his claws are pretty tiny still, but they're also OMEGA sharp and slice through me like butter.
So I was considering maybe trying the kitten claw caps on him, but I was also afraid that the glue used, if it were to make contact with his skin, would irritate him or make him sick.
Have any of you guys used these? And what were the general result?
