What size is your cage. And you also mentioned you have a coil 10.0 bulb.. does it have any sort of filter like screen mesh or plastic between the bulb and the iguana? The 10.0 coil bulbs are in all honesty, complete shit. They put out UVB in a very narrow area they are OK for some of the nocturnal reptiles, for an iguana they don't hold up.
If your iguana has been eating a bit lately and it has been eating regularly.. Then its time to play hard ball and simply take out all of that junky old food that its been getting and switch off to greens.. If its healthy enough just cut out all of that stuff in 1 go and switch to nothing but greens and veggies. Iguanas are STUBBORN but after a few days it will start eating the food.. Its a matter of willpower really.. It torments people to where they will just give it what they want, and in your case.. pellets. That's only contributing to MBD.
