Hello everyone. I just recently took on a rather large 3 year old iguana. The man that had Alejandra before me told me that she is a female...but I have to wonder if she is a "he". Despite the change in environment, diet, etc. I would say that Alejandra is the most relaxed, happy, and curious iguana I've ever dealt with. From having many iguanas from my childhood, I am very impressed with the behavior. Do you think it's because the iguana feels cared for, appreciated, and secure? For two weeks we've been together now... Is this behavior normal? What do you think the sex is?
