He roams free in the house but now he'd run towards me, mouth open with the sole purpose to injure. Only me, nobody else.

Is there a way to break his aggression cycle (for a better word). I believe castration is not a sure fire answer.
It would be heartbreaking to have to get rid of him to avoid a serious injury.
As a band-aid i'm building him an enclosere/habitat but ther's no point in just keeping him caged rest of his life. Just to look at?
Caged up is cruel, I think.
