A few days to a few weeks after a move is a typical hunger strike. You may try different presentations of the food and put brighter items on top. Give him quiet time alone to eat without other stimulation. Mine prefers her food in a mountain on the plate. She'll leave it once it's been eaten down to a plateau. If I fluff it back into a mountain again she goes back. They are very visual. You may want to play with his food where he can watch from a distance before putting it in. If it goes on too long, offer banana for a day or two with minimal other foods. It may get him started. Just don't let him trick you into feeding only banana. He will eat eventually if given quiet time without outside stimulation.
