ive had him for four days, the pics in his pond and stand are from today and taken specifically to show his condition. My first concern when I got him home was hydrating, then feeding. The first time I fed him, he looked longingly at the strawberries, then went to licking them. He had no interest in the greens and after a few minutes decided not to torture himself. The second day, I bashed them up in separate piles and he realized he could get a bite, but once I touched it to restock it so he could eat more, he was done. Today, I did the same, and every time his stack wasn't high enough he'd just look at me until I came and restocked it. He ate a lot today. Then passed out in his food. Woke up, went by the window for bit, turned around and kept eating. Then he looked longingly at the water on the floor, so I picked him up and put him down there, and he drank.... A lot! Which this is the first I've seen him drink on his own since bringing him home.
