Igs do remember events for a long time if they want to. That makes the outcome slightly unpredictable.
My guess is that as soon as you put her in her customary habitat, she returned to normal in a day or two.
The lid's shadow might have triggered her hawk-awareness instincts. Don't handle her for 24 hours, then resume normal handling. If she resists, hold onto her tightly, and patiently start to r-train her. She'll very likely get over this on her own.
REmember to always approach her from the side. Don't reach for her above her back. Normally igs get frightened by things moving over their backs. Outside, she is very likely to react badly to any shadows moving around near her.
My best guess is that she's back to normal by the time you get this message.
BTW, don't change your normal interactions with her, She would certainly notice if you become a little bit hesitant. Pick her up with a purpose, quickly and smoothly, from her side.
