Do learn to keep in mind that captive igs have the medically dangerous problem of dehydration. That's because the human comfort zone is low temperature (70 to 75F and low humidity 30% to 50%. Iguanas are comfortable at 80 - 90F, and 70+% humidity. Lower those numbers and they get sick. High liquid content foods provide a lot of an iguana's natural intake of water. Stay away from foods that are not high in liquid. leafy greens do have a high water content.
If you for some esthetic reason must feed these, and you unshakably like the idea of feeding these dried products, then sizzle them in very hot water for 40 minutes to an hour before feeding them out.
