Can you answer this question: What did you see three months ago that made you think she was gravid? That would be a big clue for us.
"She" could be a stunted-growth iguana, and look one year old but may actually be three years old.
But if her body were having lack of growth due to improper feeding and other things, it seems to me that she could not become gravid under that heavy stress.
I've never heard of an iguana who had stopped eating because she was in advanced gravity (normal behavior), and at that time resorb the eggs. But that could be what happened. IDK.
Iguanas can retain eggs, which very soon makes them sick and need surgery to remove them. An iguana like that, without surgery, would get sicker and sicker over one to three months, and then die. It would not resume eating. Iguanas can also carry one or two shrunken eggs for many months before they cause trouble.
Your iguana seems to have resorbed the eggs. Or she was never gravid. She could have been sick, and then recovered enough to resume eating. Or she could have been constipated, which can often be felt by you and seem to be eggs.
