Can you x-ray her again, to look for retained eggs? If this x-ray shows no rounded objects in her abdomen, then the conclusion has to be; She has resorbed the eggs. Resorbing is not dangerous, as long as all the eggs disappear. If one or two are retained, she will have serious trouble in the form of infection of the egg(s), infection of the ovaries (usually fatal), and general peritonitis (causes painful death).
Starting to eat again, more that just a leaf or two, is a very good sign that she has recovered from what was making her sick.
