Is the tail undulating, like a writhing snake? That is a natural part of the typical iguana threat posturing. If this is happening, we need to figure out what she wants to chase away, and why.
Or is she flapping the whole tail back and forth, like a broom-stick? This is rare, and we would need to think about it.
I hope Billybob and BobMack comment on this.
