S. Florida has a very large population of introduced wild iguanas. It gets cold there once in a while, and we've read accounts of low temps and snowfall there that didn't kill them. They lay seemingly dead in the snow on the grass. Kids picked them up, and when the iguanas warmed they went back to normal. But I don't know about any frostbite that might have happened.
It's been less than 48 hours since she last ate, so for at least the next several days she'll be OK nutritionally. I recommend to not feed her anything at this time, as her gut may not be working yet.
