I rescued large free ranging iguana who had been found in apt building couple months ago when she was in bad shape. She recovered and got very active. Did not want to stay in one room, kept leaving the heat spot, I would put her on and would push open doors and go on my bed in diff room- very strong. She has been missing for over 2 weeks. I have torn apart the house and looked outside but I have large farm, so lots of space. I have seen what appear to be her tracks in flour I left out in door way to room w/her food/water. I even called professionals in to check the chimney and duct work and roof/gutters. The kale I'm putting out seems to get moved and eaten a little, but that could be the dogs...My young male iguana is staying put and seems normal. The iguanas seemed to get along great, so I can't understand why she would leave. Any suggestions? I'm at my wit's end and really miss her.
