Here are the few pictures I still have hosted.
The wire ties were all trimmed after photos.
Used the plastic coated wire shelves (Home Depot) as shelves and the ramp.
Plastic mesh for side and top along with shelves attached with wire ties.

Built one level at a time and just kept going up.
Door (right in front of wife unit) swings in or out. Again, held with wire ties from the top of the door.
PVC glued together, although I'm not sure the gluing was necessary.
No way was Mr. Ted (he's doing fine) was moving or getting out of there. I did stay with him (mostly) when he was out there. Worried about large birds of prey.
Did have to replace some of the plastic mesh years later as the sun made it weak over time.
3 levels of shelves plus the ramp from top to middle level.
Used the wire shelving as the "walls" on the top level. Figured he was up there the most and it's stronger than the mesh and hawk/buzzard/eagle proof.
