I don't spend much time with Monster. I tried free roaming but for a few reasons it didn't work. I see him in the mornings and bring him downstairs to soak. When I go to pick him up, I talk to him and lift him up a little so he knows what's going on. I've had him almost 3 years, and he still hangs on for dear life. Suggestions?
He will be 8 yrs old. Like I said I don't see much of him. I work 6 days a week, and when I get home, because he's upstairs, I don't think about him. When I go to turn off his lights, I go in and give him loves.
On Sunday's I let him wander a bit after his tubby. Problem is that after a bit, he'll get closer, then sidle up next to me flicking his tongue. Then he tries to bite. It's not aggressive (been thru that). He's not in breeding season.
I've actually let him bite me when this first started to see if that's really what he was going to do.
I make sure he doesn't bite now , but it gets close. I want him to come to me for loves, but it's a little stressful. And makes me paranoid when I carry him up and down from his room.
