You can support her, by feeding her 3 cc's of water twice/day. Use a 3 cc plastic syringe, placing it at the corner of her mouth and slowly squeeze it on the back of her tongue. She will learn how to handle this and it will get easy after a while.
Also, milkthistle is a folk medicine for kidneys, and it does seem to help iguanas. I can't prove it though, but have never heard of any harm from it. I think you make a strong tea, and feed it cool. I don't know how often to give it or how much to feed. Maybe some people at Kingsnake.com iguana forum know more than this.
