Your ig has more than one problem. She has a constellation of symptoms. Sorry too say this, but it's well known that iguanas keep up appearances when they get sick (a survival tactic to avoid the attention of predators). As they get sicker, they are less able to hide it, and eventually it becomes obvious. It is said that you can't tell your ig is sick until the day before it dies.
Your ig needs an exotics vet right now. x-rays, blood tests, and stool exams are needed. She might need some simple treatment but without the vet, it sounds like she is doomed.
