In the mornings just when she begins to wakeup and her body has warmed.. say a half hour after her lights come on and her cage has warmed up (hope you have her lights etc on a timer), get her in the tub and get her "re-programmed" to going there. While she's in there clean her shelf with a mild water/bleach solution and let it dry. Make sure no harmfull vapors etc are present before returning her. If she doesnt poop in the morning do it just after she eats by like 20, 30 mins.

Did you scrub the shelf? Maybe theres still scent there? Course if all else fails you could put the towel back :)

We got her a new tv to watch but she seems to enjoy it so I don't know why that would bother her. We also have been giving her daily baths but she likes those too. I've been on spring break so I've been sleeping an hour later than she usually sees me so I don't know if that could be it. All of these things have been going on longer than 3 days though.
