I done some reading and figured out that iguanas will eat baby food.. So I tried this and it was the first time in a long time that my iggy actually ate for at least 10 minutes.. I was tickled to death! I HOPE she will continue this and get better.. She hasn't ate greens or anything solid in so long.. Called the vet and she said to keep doing what I'm doing...
yes, my vet recommended baby peas, carrots, and green beans. I made pureed collards--take center stem out--when my iggy hurt his tongue. What is wrong with your iggy? What does the vet say? Glad to hear he is eating. so important. watch his poo to make sure he is getting enough water also.
