Petunia has two different spots of darker green on her face than surrounding tissue.
They are both small- two spots about as big as a squished tip sharpie would make right above her lip and the same right below her opposite eye.
She's been climbing all over her cage. in and out of her dig box, up her branch and through her shelves. I'm thinking it's some kind of bruise- but do igs show bruises?

A bit of blood under the skin would make the skin dark blue. Maybe it's very minor damage confined to just the outer layer of skin. If they become blisters, they're sterile so don't pop them. If they get popped or scraped anyway, just treat with OTC bacterial cream. I've had good luck with Bacitracin.

This is an iguana we had that was kind of a nut case...only had her a few short months but she would thrash about and bang herself up pretty good. The vet confirmed these marks were bruises.

yup they do and they can take a long time to heal. Might get a little bigger in the next few days, just keep an eye incase its something else.
