This is an excellent UVB bulb. Be sure to use a deep dome ceramic light socket fixture, as they get hot (out of reach for climbing). It's extremely important to measure from the top of iggy's back to the specified number of inches in the bulb directions for the usual basking spot, and to provide basking areas away from it too, to cool off. Replace this bulb once a year (most brands don't last this long) whether it still shines or not....because all bulbs lose UVB over time.
