It depends on the cool end temps and the basking temps and you adjust for difference. Cage should have 80f cool end mid 90s basking zone. If you have a free roaming iguana this can be a bit of a issue as most people do not crank their heater into the 80s. The problem with cool end temps is food will not decompose and gut bacteria issues start to develop.. which is a bit costly at the vets office if they have to do a fecal smear test.|
