Hurt foot with swelling

So I am a first time reptile/ig mama. My neighbor bought an iguana. Unfortunately, Lola never took to my friend. Though whenever I held Lola she was really calm and fall asleep. |
Long story short... I'm a new and unexpected ig mama.
In the short time I have had her, I noticed her toe has turned dark and her foot has swollen. Also, it noticed s/he has grey skin fold where her back legs/hips are.
While I am certain I need to take her to a vet. I would like some possible explanation of what I am seeing in the meantime.
I given started giving Lola daily baths with betadine. I have multiple heat/uva and separate uvb lights (12/12 hrs.). Last night I replaced all old substrate ( coconut fiber and moss) and disinfected the tank. Her feeding a includes the the following: collard greens , green beans with the occasional red peppers and strawberries. It should be noted that I have had her for a total of 7 days. While I am a novice reptile adoptor, I have spent the majority of my life with animals.
I knew exactly what I was getting into when I agreed to Lola. In fact, I realized she wasn't getting the proper care and I didn't believe that environment was good for her. I knew how big she would get and how wild their nature can be. I am willing and eager to learn the nuances of a reptile.
So what do you think?
