weird digging escape behavior

haven't posted in ages! our iguana Tinga is about 9yrs old now, we've had her about 8 of those years. the last few months have been a little funky - she went thru a period where she was eating but not pooping, we brought her to the vet, she had 2 enemas, she was a little better after that. But since then her poop routine has been off - she was potty trained, we only put her in the tub once a day, she would poop, no issues. Now she doesn't seem to have the same bowel control and poops in her cage but not the end of the world. We've gone back to twice a day and it's mostly helping. |
Anywho - this last week she has started crawling to the bottom of her cage and scratching at the door, banging her nose into it, and attempting to escape. Is this a breeding thing? Is there anything we can do? Should we be worried at all?
