I tracked down the problem!!
The plot for "Double Vision" is as Diane posted and she's right - Ger is not listed in the credits on IMDB.
The reason I was asking for the plot line is because I think the clip you saw was from "Terror Stalks the Class Reunion" (also knows as "For Better or For Worse"). TStCR was bundled with DV in "The Mary Higgins Clark Collection" DVD set. Amazon.uk lumps the cast from all three movies together in their write-up. TStCR stars Jennifer Beale and Kate Nelligan, while DV has Kim Cattrall (who played Ger's sister in Deadly Harvest!) in a dual role.
Here's the interesting part---there is a DVD available in Europe titled "Double Vision". The cast listed is from DV but the picture on the cover is from Terror Stalks (Ger & Kate Nelligan).

BTW, Ger talked about making this movie at the first Weekend, He had a blast hanging out with Werner Stocker in Germany, enjoyed working with director Clive Donner but hated working with Kate Nelligan!
