Posted by Norah I think Sara Holland as a double name is kind of unwieldy. It doesn't really flow well-- most "double" names seem to be a 2-syllable, 1-syllable combination, like Mary Ann, Sarah Jane, Betty Lou etc. I knew a little girl named Mary Gray (last name) whom they called Mary Gray (mom's maiden name) and that was cute. Holland isn't really my cup of tea for a name, but it certainly fits in with naming trends of today. Maybe Holland-something short would be better, like May Holland or Holland June or something? I don't know, I'm just pulling the first thing that comes to mind out of a hat. --Previous Message--
