I always thought "yins" was a western-PA sort of thing, like Pittsburgh area? I'm from NEPA originally and now I live outside Philly, and have never heard it. (Where I'm from, the garbled-English-du-jour is "haynah?", as in, "ain't it?" but even worse.)
