It's strange how some names are popular at the same time in both places... it used to take years for names to switch sides of the Atlantic...
some scary discoveries:
Blessing and Destiny for boys? I'll admit my taste in boys names runs firmly in the "sissy" camp, but these are kind of beyond the pale even for me!
Indiana at #33? AACK! It's not even in the top 1000 in the USA! but then, most Americans would probably shoot themselves than name a boy something that ends in -ana, despite Dr. Jones.
Brandon-Lee? no comment.
SPIKE?!?!?!? People actually name kids spike? Enough for it to make it to #543?
Kuba and Kairo. What next? Kanada and Kopenhagen?
Lui- I'm hoping this is some kind of foreign name, and not just a kreativ spelling of Lewie/Louie, I see Lewi (that's Welsh, though isn't it?) and Loui, though; I don't have high hopes.
Zidane is #512, but Zinedine is only #1014!
What's Kacper all about? It's more popular that Caspar/Casper or Kaspar/Kasper
Thus said, I really Like Alby, which I've never thought about before.
I'm glad to see people like Declan, Rowan, Tadhg, Rhodri & Llyr...
I wonder what it would take to get the US SSA to send me the long list like they used to?
