I really like Lucian (and Lucius too, a family name for me). I prefer to pronounce both as three syllables LOO-see-an/LOO-see-us but I think the two-syllable LOO-shan/LOO-shus are more prevalent.
I've always thought Rowan was a handome name.
I'm not wild about any of your girl names, only because they aren't my style, but I think they are all nice names and perfectly suitable for other people's kids. Of the three, I prefer Lara...pronounced LAR-uh rather than LARE-uh. I've always pronounced Kirsten as KERsten rather than KEERsten. Again, I prefer the former but think most folks probably use the latter.
I'm not as knowledgable as others here, but hope this helps.
