...with this one quite a bit. I'm trying to be honest about my first reaction but also finding I'm hesitant to label names as "drug dealer" and I've noticed that a lot of the names labeled that way by the majority of voters are ones I've labeled as "high school jock". I guess it's just as telling that I didn't immediately think of "business executive" for those names (recalling Tyra's "Freakonomics" episode).
With some of the female names, I can't seem to avoid the "stripper" label in my mind as much as I might like to. One name really surprised me for that category, though. Marie was labeled "stripper" by a large percentage but I immediately thought "business executive", which I don't think even made the top three.
I find that I tend to think of a lot of categories other than what are available to select. If "photographer" or "cake designer" or "caterer" come to mind, I stick those in the "artist" slot. For "doctor" or "lawyer", I select "business executive". I've wanted to say "plummer" or "repair tech" and have been sticking those in "accountant". I've also wanted to say "accountant" for a female and have been sticking those under "secretary", and "high school athlete for a female has been going under "cheerleader" though those categories really don't correlate well in my mind. I realize this isn't a scientific survey, so please take these last commments as conversational observations on my experience with the game, rather than complaints about it.
