I like it OK. I am not a big fan of any "Sue"name (no offense!) but this is fine. It certainly doesn't make me go "eewww" of "huh?" as so many names do.
Matching sounds or letters is a big pet peeve of mine (Blame the OCD) but this one does not bother me in the least, probably because of the very different sounds after the "z" sound.
