Posted by Greg on 3/27/2006, 5:06 pm Red Oak has agreed to pay the launch fees if anyone would rather launch at the 565 marina (east side of highway 7 north of the bridge). Please tell the marina that you are with the Hawg Hawlers and are staying at Red Oak Resort. Please be courteous at the marina. There is only enough maneuvering room for about 3 boats in the marina area, so make sure you have an opening before going down the hill to the ramp. Also, PLEASE do not throw your trash in their dumpsters. If you launch at the marina, do not park your vehicle and/or trailer in their area. Bring it back over to Red Oak Resort; they have a large trailer parking area. The marina could be very crowded on Sunday, when everyone is loading out. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND WAIT YOUR TURN. If the ramp gets too congested it will just slow everyone down. If we all work together, we can make this work effortlessly. Last warning: Launch at your own risk. See you all there.
