Hi,
I saw the post of the fellow Yorick cos-player and thought I'd post a pic of mine as well. I've been hitting MegaCon in Orlando, FL and DragonCon in Atlanta, Georgia as Yorick for the last 2 years. I don't get a lot of response at DragonCon (seeing as how it's mostly Sci-Fi/Fantasy based) but it's a hit at MegaCon. I even ran into an Amazon there (wish I had gotten a picture with her). I ran into Dean Haglund (from The Lone Gunman) at the hotel deli at DragonCon in September and when I told him who I was he said he knew you and would e-mail you about seeing me. I also got really excited when I saw that Jose Marzan Jr. was going to be at MegaCon last Feb., but he either didn't make it or I missed him. He wrote to say that he hope's to see me at this years MegaCon.
I really, really, really enjoy Y: The Last Man and I'm not looking forward to issue 60 when it has to end but everything has too sometime right. Keep up the amazing work and I look forward to your next project.
I also have a question: Are any of your characters design based on people you know or are they how you imagined they would look based off the scripts?
I have another picture I'll post later, that is without the flash. In person it's very dark on both sides of my face so you can't see my hair or ears. I tinted the mask as well to hide my face. And just so you know, the mask is made by Def-Tec and used mostly for mining purposes but it all depends on the filter.
