This is by the far the best customer service I have ever dealt with! Due to a typo in my order (my poor typing skills) - there were a shipping delay, and I wasn't sure the order was even coming. I contacted customer service via email - they quickly got back to me. We discovered that due to a phone number typo, they held my order, rather than ship it to an undocumented address. Once we got it straightened out - they overnighted her meds without the extra charge, and were so nice about it all. Will use them every time!!!!
