artemisinin - stay on all the time, or on and then off and then on again?

I'm a little confused. Is it best to stay on the artemisinin all the time? I had heard 14 days on, then 7 off, then I heard 10 days on, 5 days off, now I read don't go off at all. What has everyone else been told?
